Installation Guide for AR1828 Check Valve Kit STEP 1 Remove the valve caps on the pump with a 24 millimeter hex socket, clean the valve caps and their sockets of any debris. STEP 2 Take out the three discharge valves with a pair of pliers to remove the valves grasp the cage with your pliers and pull. STEP 3 Use a pick to take out the o-rings under the valves, then press the new o-rings flat in the bottom of the pump. STEP 4 Take the new valves and place them squarely into the port press down to make sure they are securely on the top of the o-rings, then grease the valve caps and reinstall them. Installation Guide for AR1857 Washer Seal Kit STEP 1 Remove the guides with a small reversible pliers and a slide hammer[be careful not to scratch the pieces you are not replacing]. STEP 2 Remove the seal within the guide using the pick, put the new seal back in pinch and push it back into the hole. [the flat side must be facing up when inside the guide]. STEP 3 Remove the o-ring on the guide using the pick, then put the new o-ring back. STEP 4 The high-pressure seal’ curvature should fit on top of the support ring,place the new water seal in at a 45 degree angle and work them in. Push the guides back and reinstall the pump.
